Serving children, students, and families in Notasulga, AL, Notasulga Families Foundation, Inc. seeks to fill the educational gap for the Notasulga, AL community. Its mission includes providing activities, programs, and mentorships designed to enhance and enrich the educational environment, thereby strengthening the community. Through its wholistic approach of serving the basic needs of Notasulga families, NFF is committed to ensuring students achieve academic success and develop a post-secondary plan towards a stable future.
The vision of NFF culminates in a full-service Family Resource Center. The center will include multiple services for Notasulga families designed to support families and empower the community. Families will receive encouragement and emotional support towards positive outcomes for their future.
Our Founder
Notasulga Families Foundation, Inc. was founded by Linda K. Hallmark to enrich and enhance the educational environment at Notasulga High School. A former educator, Hallmark firmly believes in the power of education, especially for underserved and marginalized students living in rural poverty. Coming from a family background like many children in the Notasulga area, Hallmark knows first-hand the doors opened and opportunities realized through education. She believes a more wholistic approach to serve the entire family will provide successful, long-term results for the future of the children.
